Privacy Policy

USA Local Sites ("we", "us"), based in Toronto, Ontario, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Public business information. To build website previews, we use information businesses have published publicly, such as business name, address, phone number, opening hours and website address, mainly from Google business listings.
• Business email addresses. Where a business has published its email address publicly, we may use it to contact the business about its website.
• Contact form messages. When you use our contact form, we receive your name, business name, email, phone number and message.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email and billing details from Stripe, but never your full card number.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and similar data to deliver and protect the website.

How we use it

• To build and show website previews for businesses.
• To reply to your messages and provide the service you signed up for.
• To process payments and keep business records.
• To contact businesses about their website. Every such email identifies us and includes a way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and email routing), Zoho (email) and Google (email delivery to our inbox). Some of these providers may store data in other countries.

Unsubscribing and removal

If you don't want to hear from us, reply "no thanks" to any email and we'll stop contacting you. If you'd like your business's preview site taken down, or your information deleted, email hello@usalocalsites.com and we'll do it promptly.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages and customer records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@usalocalsites.com.
